Matt Holland - Director

Matt brings over 20 years of experience in professional sport, having worked with organisations such as Major League Soccer and coaching across several professional football clubs in England.

He holds a wide range of qualifications in coaching, talent identification, and sports media and marketing, earned through leading institutions including The FA, UEFA, LMA, and Universidad de Real Madrid, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Sport, Coaching and Exercise Science.

In addition to his sporting background, Matt has significant business experience, complemented by multiple qualifications in public relations and sports intermediary services.

Tom Carek- Director

Tom brings over 20 years of experience in sales, consultancy, and management, offering a strong foundation in helping individuals and businesses grow and develop.

He is committed to putting clients’ best interests first, with a focus on building long-lasting, trusted relationships. Honesty and integrity are at the core of his approach, and he is passionate about working closely with clients to understand their unique circumstances.

By gaining a clear insight into each client’s situation, Tom develops tailored strategies designed to help them achieve their goals effectively.

Derek Cunningham- Agent

Derek is a licensed FIFA Football Agent (202502–10204), a Registered English FA Intermediary (FARA 2249), and a qualified legal professional holding a dual LLB in Scots and English Law. With a background in sales, sales management, and leadership, he brings a unique combination of legal expertise and real-world negotiation experience to the football industry.

He oversees Scottish operations at Adamus Sports Management, where he has established a strong network of clubs, players, and key stakeholders across both the professional and semi-professional game. Derek specialises in player representation, contract negotiation, and long-term career planning, guiding players through every stage of their development.

His legal background underpins a meticulous approach to contracts and compliance, while his experience in high-performance sales environments enhances his ability to deliver results in competitive, high-pressure situations.Known for his relationship-driven approach, Derek has successfully negotiated multiple player deals and continues to create opportunities for emerging talent.Passionate about bridging the gap between semi-professional and professional football, Derek is dedicated to developing structured pathways that enable players to maximise their potential and progress within the game.
